  • time — time to event or censoring (numeric, any unit)
  • event — 1 = event occurred (death, relapse); 0 = censored
  • group — group label for each observation

FAQ

What does the at-risk table show?

The at-risk table shows the number of subjects who have not yet had the event and are not censored at each time point. It is a required element in most clinical and oncology journal submissions.

Which log-rank test does FigureGuild use?

The standard log-rank test (Mantel-Cox) for comparing two or more survival curves. For more than two groups, the overall p-value from the global test is shown.

Can I show median survival time?

Yes. FigureGuild can display a dashed horizontal reference line at 50% survival, with tick marks indicating the median survival time for each group.
